getting 3 stars only because of my salesman Rusty. He did not let me settle on just any truck and made sure that he gave me a world class walk around on the vehicle. My problem is it’s been almost two weeks since I could get my car tag. Minor details make a car deal happen. Previously they sold a ram that is similar to mine and instead of verifying the vin numbers they used the one on my truck to sell the to the other buyer. Statistically speaking your primary customers come from repeaters because of the quality that they give every individual.
Having been without a vehicle for months was a real inconvinience. Ricky was extremely patient in the whole selection process. I went over and changed options many times; Both Ricky and Gary were willing to go over these things numerous times.. I have purchased many vehicles in all my years; but never had I experienced customer service as good as what Ricky Boone showed me. This was by far the most pleasent vehicle purchasing experience in my life

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A GOOD VEHICLE!!!!! If I could give the sales people ZERO stars I would! The service side is amazing but the sales side sucks! They lied to us about the warranty that came with our vehicle. They refused to admit their mistake. Hosea admitted it to my husband but would not do so to his manager. The sales manager refused to come and talk to my husband and sent a messenger back and forth. We bought my van less than a month ago, IN CASH and the transmission has already gone out. When my husband told them he wanted either the warranty they told us it had or them to buy it back Jay told him he would not even give him a vehicle to drive in and he could basically get all his stuff out of the car they already told him he could drive for now and find someone to pick him up. This included our two car seats for our small children that he had less than an hour to figure something out before they had to be picked up. They also refused to let me speak to the owner or even tell me when he would be available.
I have bought two vehicles from This dealership in the last 6 months. . They have been upfront and extremely helpful in making what can be a stressful experience into a smooth transaction. They really want you as long term customers. Definitely service after the sale. Would recommend them to anyone
