We have eaten at this restaurant 3 times in the past few months hoping we would get better service each time but tonight was the worst and we will never be going back.
Always good food! The only place that ever cooks my Salmon right.
Food was good. Salad bar needs more choices. Worse part was waiting 45 miinutes after finished eating to get ticket. Asked for it 3 times. Waiter was overwhelmed with 4 tables if 4 people.
We will not be going back though.
Had to chase our waitress down for the sides to our meal that had been forgotten, found her at the bar to talk to the bartender and get on her phone.
Food was decent and hot at least.
Very slow service when there was more than enough wait staff, we asked multiple times for multiple things that weren't brought to us. Waited at least 7-9 minutes before someone even came to our table for our drink order.
Previous visits we had slow service and had to go find our server who was sitting at the bar looking at her phone. Tonight it took 10 minutes until we were greeted, and another 10 minutes to get 4 glasses of water. When 2 of us got our salad from the salad bar we realized we had no utensils so we had to find our own because our server was no where in sight. We only found 2 sets but we needed 4. Then when we did get our food our waitress didn't even ask if we needed anything. The meal my wife ordered came with no sides but should have. Again we were still short utensils so we had to chase our server down. Found her in the bar chatting with the bartender and another server. When she brought our utensils she didn't ask if we needed anything, so we had to stop her and ask for refills. As we prepared to leave we asked for a box for leftovers. After 10 more minutes, still no box so we headed toward the door with plate in hand. We did finally get a box from someone who appeared to be the manager. I just don't understand how a restaurant can stay in business that can't provide simple service. The place was not busy, there were at least 5 servers working so no one was over seated. The only reason I rated them a 2 was because the food was tasty, they just can't provide decent service.
GREAT salad bar. Entrees are good quality and portion for the price
