Friendly staff. Good clearance sales but it can be hit or miss on the selection at times. Sometimes not as clean as I think it should be but it's an older store and held up well.

I ordered a sheet set online to be delivered to the store, almost two weeks ago. I was told it would be in last Thursday, November 16th and it wasn't. Then I was told it would be in today November 22nd and it's not. Now they don't know when it will be in. I was told I couldn't cancel until it came in. I will cancel when it comes in. I will never order from them again. It's ridiculous.
.Stood In line to return catalog order, when my turn came I was sent to another register To Wait longer. DON'T SHOP IN STORE AT ALL. WHEN PICKING UP ORDER I HAD TO PASS 4 WORKERS THAT WERE SMOKING OUTSIDE BY THE ENTRANCE DOOR!!! HOW AWFUL!!!!!
