Would give negative stars if I could for lying to customers to make a sale and having an outdated unsecured network from 2001
Probably the best customer service of any AT&T I've ever been to! A++
Customer service is pitiful. Have been in there twice within the last week, the first time I actually talked to a sales person and she couldn't tell me the difference in hardly any of the phones or plans except one was unlimited. A manager, I assume, finally came over and was somewhat knowledgeable but then I went back today and the same two people are there while there's a line of folks waiting to be helped. Another sales person came from the back took all of our names and 30 minutes later I still had not gotten any help. Finally just walked out along with several other people.
I am now in talks with Cable One about running service to our area. Cable One has been very helpful and honest unlike at&t.
If you use at&t do a speed check to see if you are actually getting what you paid for.
Called to order internet service and was told I could get 10mb up and down. After the tech arrived to hook up our service we were only getting 1.4Mb down and 500Kb up at best (currently getting 430Kb down). Called the US tech support used by at&t technicians to explain my issue only to be transferred to Asia where the sales tech asked me if I wanted to upgrade to the service I originally asked for. I then asked to be transferred to a regional manager for my area, they sent me to a non used phone. After listening to it ring for 3 min I hung up and tried again with the US tech support. Was asked again by the US tech this time if I wanted to upgrade to the service I originally asked for.
You sent me a notification to rate AT&T and when I click on the request I get this? There is no survey for me, just asking how my experience was! Well my experience was that they want to sell you a phone so I bit and purchased a phone,got a number and once I left the number I chose was not the number I got! Walked back inside and was told that they were sorry and that it would cost around 40 bucks if they corrected their mistake and for me to call customer service and they may correct their mistake at no charge but not really sure! And now y'all want to know how my experience was?, Well let's just say I have an iPhone 7 with 14 days to decide if I want to keep it!!! For the next 14 days I will sit back and examine how my experience with AT&T was, so if you see that I've visited this store in the next 14 days feel free to ask me again how my experience was!
