My sales Rep was absolutely amazing. The service department, however, is not. I called 2 weeks ago to get them to come out and look at my mattress that I purchased through them. I was told I would receive a call back to set up a time. After not receiving a call I called them again today. Was told that there is 1 guy over 2 more guys in the service department that handle all of McComb and Brookhaven and that she couldn't tell me when they would make it out. I offered to bring it to them and was told it wouldn't do any good either. I could see a week, at most 2 weeks, to get someone out there but this is ridiculous!! I use this mattress every day and purchased a special one because of a back injury but apparently my money is good enough at purchase but the warranty is not backed up by their services.
