Good materials terrible installation. Had a whole house done and awful job. Made unnecessary cuts in vinyl flooring that are highly visible and separating. Bad seams in carpet. When I complained they did nothing but replace one shoddy piece of threshold. Never use McComb Lowes for flooring.
I asked 5 different people the same question, showed them what I needed and got sent to 4 different departments none of which had what I needed ended up finding what I needed on the way out by myself. Really poor customer service.
Didnt have in stock what the internet said they did have in stock.

Very helpful associates two things though were unpleasant the plumbing section was a bit unorganized and we need keys cut but they didn't have the proper machine to cut them otherwise not bad
