I'm tired of having to take shirts back to be redone because they didn't do them the way I asked them to.
So I'm done. I'm tired of having to have items redone because they can't seem to get it right the first time.
I've been using this cleaner for over a year now, and I'm done.
Their lack of consistency with regard to how my items are pressed is annoying. I've stressed to them on multiple occasions that I want my husband's pants and shirts heavily starched. And by heavily, I mean they should just about stand up on their own, they're so stiff.
All items are now sent to their store in Natchez to be pressed, whereas before they were sent to the other McComb location. This has just made the consistency issue worse.
