I had a blown fuse for my code reader. First of all, the women didn't want to plug the code reader in. Then instead of attempting to assist me in locating and replacing the fuse, it was gossiping to her co-workers of my concerns that my truck is in great condition and something major is wrong. I left and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and the store associate helped me locate the blown fuse and replace it.
This lady and staff had no concern at all.
Their parking lot isn't too easy to get in and out of at times (busy hours), so keep that in mind if you need to stop by there.

The reader they use here is so cheap. Not good at all for diagnosis. O'Reilly Auto Parts down the road understood I was from Houston and needed help!

The service has greatly improved at the Mccomb AutoZone. Most of their parts are quality parts but, they could use some work on things like starter and alternator quality. It would also be nice if they would start selling genuine Cummins parts but, some of what they have is decent.
The employees are usually helpful in finding what you need, but beware; AutoZone charges too much for some parts. One time, they ran an OBD, said it'd be a set of spark plugs and a coil priced at over $300 when all that needed to be fixed was a melted wire insulator (electrical tape fixed this).
Your average AutoZone. If you need some superficial car accessories, a truck toolbox, some floormats or wiperblades, go here. For OEM car parts, visit a corresponding car dealership to your car. If you need some spark plugs or an engine belt, go to Reliable. If you need some jumper cables, maybe go here, but you may want some Kobalts from Lowe's. I'd also recommend letting them hook up their OBD to your dash if you have a check engine light on, but don't buy an OBD there because they're too much.
