Seemingly great start with a deplorable ending. I had a Truck taken there after being rear-ended, and all seemed to go well. The service was courteous and the work was performed surprisingly quick. I received a call that the truck was ready, upon arrival it was discovered the airbag light was still on, seat belts still locked and these items did not get fixed. When questioned the staff replied that "they were not told to address those issues". I was not aware that "professionals" needed to be instructed when you take a vehicle to a facility to have accident repairs performed. Generally speaking, it is safe to say that a customer would expect ALL of the damage caused by the accident to be repaired.
The absolute worse experience I have ever had with a body shop,this company will not take responsibility for anything,I took my vehicle in for repairs to the rear fender,if u look at the fender from the rear angle u can see that they did a horrible job,so now when I'm riding down the road u will see where it is still a blemish(they couldn't see it of course,but my untrained eye could)and making things worse they washed my car with something that left runs all over the rest of my car and now my car looks even worse,they basically told me quote "we have used this on other black cars and hadn't had this problem ",my paint was fine before I took it to this place,I took it to another shop and it waxed right out,why should I have to pay someone else to do something like this and I didn't do it in the first place,upon taking it back to them they never attempted to fix the blemish in the fender nor care about the lines they left on it,they simply re washed it and kept it another day,a simple buffing would have at least took care of 50 percent of the problem,they didn't care,u can take your chances with them,I'm never going back.
