I called in to order and they answerd but no one took my order for about 15 mins. All I could hear was a lot of laughter and talking then finally someone answered because they forgot they picked up the phone. The lady took my order but barely knew the process then I went to get my pizza and what do I see? Employees just standing and talking very unprofessional. At least the pizza was good...
I've been here a few times since it opened. It puts all other pizza places to shame! It so good and the customer service is wonderful!!!
My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza online and went to another place for a friend and got there around 20-25 minutes after we ordered, and when my boyfriend went in neither of the cashiers would say anything and stayed on the phone for around 10 minutes. People were just piling in. When one of the girls get off the phone she just stands there for five minutes until she finally asks who is next. My boyfriend then pays for the pizza and she says nothing so he steps back, another 10 minutes pass so he asks the other girl and she says there's a wait so my boyfriend says he ordered around 40 minutes ago and they tell him it's about a 50 minutes wait per pizza so we got our money back and left. So did a few other people. They were getting every single carry out done but no one else's which include people walking in and ordering or people who are coming to pick their pizza up. This Papa Johns needs to get their self together
Place is very nice people are nice always get my deliveries on time and the food is amazing I recommend them over any pizza joint
