Tonight (Saturday, Dec 16, 2017) my daughter and I walked in about 9:10pm after attending a dance recital. We were the only ones standing there. Three workers were standing behind the counter. Two of them separately told this third girl to wait on us. She never did. She never acknowledged us at all. Even kept talking to them and kept her back to us. All she had to say was “just a minute” or “I’ll be right there” but she said nothing. We waited and we waited. Nothing. My daughter specifically ask for pizza at Pizza Hut....but after that kind of service, we walked out.
They never delivered my order and when I called they were rude and said that they didn't know what house I lived in even though I put the address.
Buffet is cheap and pretty clean overall. Salad bar options are lacking but would recommend esp for children.
Always good. The employees give as good as you send, so treat them accordingly!
Tried to call in a delivery order. The person who answered phone put me on hold for almost 30 minutes, so I hung up. Called back 2 more times. The second time the lady laid the phone down and I sat for another 15 minutes waiting for her to take my order n she hung phone up.. The guy who answered the Third time I called got my order wrong and charged me for 2 large pizzas. Highly disappointed in the management of these employees. Obviously their too comfortable with their job. Highly ticked off customer!!!!!
