I have had a terrible experience nearly everytime I've worked with these people. Incompetent and lazy employees who try to deliver packages to the wrong house and then put it down as a cannot locate even though the correct address will clearly pull up on GPS! If I had an option to never deal with FedEx again I would definitely take it.
I came home to a package delivered by fedex and a dog with a broken jaw. The vet suspects he was hit in the mouth with something and not hit by a vehicle. If he was a problem, don’t leave the package, but don’t brandish a weapon against my dog.
