Gated community,well lit, excellent facilities (gym,pool,etc..)roomy apartment homes, excellent response from maintenance when repairs are needed, and most importantly it's a quiet community day or night.

I really wanted to rent here but, this apartment complex doesnt want children. I'll explain why. First off there is no play ground or area for my children. When I asked , where they could play. I was told they could play in the grassy area where the dogs relieve themselves. I asked if my children would be allowed to use chalk to play hop scotch on the sidewalk ( because obviously for sanitary reasons any playing in the small poop covered area they would allowed to play in was out!) I was told it would have to be cleared through management first, but would probably be okay if done in the very very back of the apartments, where no one could see. I was told my 12 year old could not be outside without me , and only allowed to ride his bike on the sidewalk , so any chance of normal childhood is out the window at this point. I'm sure my son would agree dragging his mom , 3 and 2 year old siblings behind him as he goes for a bike ride on a sidewalk , where people are trying to walk , is more hassle than it'd be worth. I was told even under my supervision he couldn't play in the parking area (ride his bike). The only thing apparently he can do outside without me stalking him is take the garbage out. So no river park , for $1210.00 a month I will not rent a prison for my children to live in, thanks .
Had a bad encounter with property manager. Left a review on fb and she hid the review so others won't see. If i could post pics of the conversation i would. But Debbie is horrible such a shame!
