I absolutely REFUSE to EVER use UPS again. The staff at the magnolia,ms customer center are completely incapable of doing their jobs and will not call you back when sent a message to arrange for a driver to meet you to pick up your package on his route. You especially will not get your package when you are promised you will on will call. If I could give this place less than one star,I would!!
This place is a joke. They have been misplacing my packages for the last 5 years. 4 were supposedly stolen. They will also receive a package and just hold it there for weeks instead of putting it on the truck for delivery. If it does make the truck by the day it's supposed to arrive you can almost bet that it won't and will be the next day or the day after. I would fire every employee there and start over if I had anything to do with management.
Never delivers to my address and when they have a sub driver he never even try's I prefer Fedex. They deliver to my door. I have lived at same address for 20 years. And every time a sub drivers I have to call and say they did it again. Sick of ups. Bad business

I'm giving 4 stars because the staff is very professional and easy to do business with. I didn't give 5 stars because they've failed to deliver my package wrong a few times.
