Great food and people, we always ring the bell when we leave this Arbys
Food was hot and delish. The drive through lady even wiped the excess coke off the top of my drink!
The dining room was very clean. The staff was friendly, service was fast, and the food was delicious.
I ordered a flatbread fish sandwich, fries, and a drink. Never a problem eating at Arby's. The food there is always a bell ringer.
My granddaughter and I ordered a variety of food and drinks through the drive-through at approximately 9:30 pm tonight, 9/17/17.The food was excellent, as were the shakes. What impressed me the most was the friendliness and courteousness and the way the lady at the drive-through was so welcoming and didn't make us feel as if she was trying to rush us through, although it was nearing closing time. The lady who worked the drive-through and the excellent food combined to make it an enjoyable experience that we will definitely be repeating. If I could, I'd give the McComb MS store more than 5 stars. Give that friendly and wonderful rep of your business a raise! First impressions are extremely important, and she represented your business like every employee should everywhere. Sadly, I found her to be the exception rather than the norm. Cudos to her, because great food doesn't always keep you coming back.... Great service will do it every time.
