Waited in line for 30 minutes. When we finally made it to the speaker, we waited an additional 10 minutes before someone took our order. No one told us to hold on or anything. We had to repeat our order 3 times. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Please do better.

Yes food is fresh and hot but the wait time to order and get food in side is very long, as much as 20 minutes. The drive thru is always backed up into the street with cars waiting in the center turn lane to get in the drive thru line. They need to open another location in McComb.
Popeye's has excellent chicken and their biscuits are wonderful! The only problem is the customer-service is very very poor, It is very hard to understand what the person taking your order is saying because of the poor grammar and the inability to communicate. I do enjoy going to popeye's but they need to work on teaching the person taking orders how to communicate effectively!!!
I did not receive napkins with my order. Nor did I get anything to eat my red beans and rice with. They didn't even ask me if I wanted something to drink.
Have been back many times since I wrote the original review. The wait time has decreased significantly and the eating area is always clean. They have a dedicated person that keeps up the dining area. They even wipe down the chairs!
